1. Quotes:All quoted prices include GST and subject to availability at the time of the booking. Sydney Coaches reserves the rights to pass on any increases that may occur in any applicable airport charges, road tolls, entry fees and parking charges.
  2. Payments:Our preferred payment method is direct deposit to the bank account which is shown on the invoice. We do also accept major credit cards, cheque, and PayPal payments. Surcharge fee of 3% for Master/Visa cards and PayPal and 5% for AMEX cards will apply. All fares must be paid according to payment term indicated on the invoice. If the term is prepaid, please pay at least 3 business days prior to the arranged transfer date. Your booking may be cancelled without your consent if the payment has not been received by the due time. Sydney Coaches will not be liable for any damages or losses occurred in case of such events. Payment term up to maximum of 21 days may apply for some corporate clients, charity and government organisations and education centres. Late payment fee of $25 will be applied if the payment has not been made by the end the term. Interest fee of 11.24% (subject to change, according to NSW OSR quarterly rates) will apply in case of delays of the payments for more than 30 days after the invoice date.
  3. Amendments:You can amend the booking at any time after confirmation, but it will be accepted subject to availability. No amendment fee will be charged. Extra charges may apply if the amendment will affect the coach size, the length of a journey or charter duration.
  4. Cancellations:All cancellations or changes of bookings require a minimum of 24h notice prior to your pickup time. 50% of the payment will be forfeited if cancellation occurs in last 72 hours or 100% of the payment will be forfeited if the cancellation occurs in last 24 hours prior your pickup time. No refunds will be available if any delay or cancellation happened due to circumstances beyond our control.
  5. Extensions:An overtime charge will be applied if your booking does not run to schedule. This includes any extra charges levied where you choose to extend the duration of your booking and include charges for flight and/or traffic delays. Our standby/overtime rates are varying between $80 to $130 per hour depend on coach size.
  6. Liability: Sydney Coaches has no liability for any act, omission, or default, whether negligent or otherwise of any supplier. We have no liability or for any loss or damage occasioned by the negligence, act, or omission of any supplier or any other third party. In circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements.
  7. Luggage:A limit of 1 large suitcase (bag), 1 small suitcase (bag) and 1 piece of hand luggage per passenger assumed if nothing otherwise is stated. No charges apply for extra luggage, but you must notify the company in case of extra or oversize luggage to provide a bigger vehicle if needed.
  8. Lost or Damaged Items:Sydney Coaches will not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising, to all goods, baggage and personal items conveyed by our service. We recommend that you consider purchasing the appropriate insurance before your trip. We make sure that if an item was left on any of our coaches will be kept at the company office until someone will claim it. Please be advised that if an item remains unclaimed for more than 30 days will be donated to a charity organization. Please notify us immediately in case of lost item.
  9. Child restraints:It is not compulsory to have a special child seat on large size coaches and buses, but you must notify us beforehand if you need a child seat or capsule. Extra charges may apply for each capsule, child or booster seats provided.
  10. Pickups and Travel Time:Please note that large size coaches/buses will not be able to do pickups and drop-offs on other than main roads and streets. In that case all the passengers will be directed to the closest place where safe pick-up and drop-off is available. For the convenience of other passengers, it is a condition of travel that passengers be ready 5 minutes prior to the pick-up time. Delays of the coaches/buses may occur due to traffic or weather conditions. Sydney Coaches will not be liable for any costs or delays incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. Please note that actual travel time may not be the same as it shown on the movement details. For Airport transfers allow enough travel time to be at the Airport at least 1.5h for Domestic Flights and 3h for International Flights prior your departure time.
  11. Food & Beverage Consumption: Consuming food and beverages is not permitted in any vehicle supplied by Sydney Coaches without prior approval. In such events payment of a security bond will be required. Please note that you are fully responsible for any charge in respect of any damage caused to the equipment of the coach because of your booking. Passengers also obliged to not litter the coach and remove all rubbish at the end of the journey. Smokingis not permitted by the law on any vehicle supplied by Sydney Coaches.
  12. Safety: Violence, disorderly conduct and aggression will not be tolerated. A passenger(s) may be asked to leave or refused entry on to the Sydney Coaches vehicle prior to reaching their destination. No refunds will be given.
